Once your return is approved and the products are received, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Processing times for refunds typically take 5-7 business days after the returned item is received.
If you receive a damaged or defective products, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a return and either issue a refund or send a replacement at no additional charge. Please send us photos of the damaged product to expedite the process.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order. If you are returning an item for a reason not related to a defect or mistake on our part, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, you must return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.
