We accept returns and provide refunds under the following conditions:

• Unused and Unopened Products: You are eligible for a return and refund if the fishing lures are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date of purchase.
• Defective or Damaged Products: If the fishing lures arrive damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will process a return or offer a refund or replacement, depending on the situation.
• Non-Refundable Items:
  
  • Used or opened products, as long as they are not defective.
  • Items purchased through third-party retailers or outside of our store.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Step 1: Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization. Please provide your order number and details of the issue (e.g., wrong item, damaged product, etc.).
• Step 2: We will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions for sending the product back. All returned items must be in unused, unopened condition, and in their original packaging.
• Step 3: Ship the item back to us using the provided return label (if applicable). You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error with your order.

Once your return is approved and the products are received, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Processing times for refunds typically take 5-7 business days after the returned item is received.

If you receive a damaged or defective products, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a return and either issue a refund or send a replacement at no additional charge. Please send us photos of the damaged product to expedite the process.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order. If you are returning an item for a reason not related to a defect or mistake on our part, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, you must return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.
